The overall services to be provided during Detailed Engineering include the following:

Project Management and Reporting

In collaboration with the Project Management Office (PMO), Engineering puts in place all the necessary elements for the Construction Group to perform their tasks with appropriate key performance indicators including hours, quantities, prices, and template reports.

Convert cost estimation of the CAPEX to serve as construction control budget using InEight estimation system.

With all the services available within the GMS groups and with other specialists, the Engineering Group manages and integrates all aspects of the project to create synergy, and void the gaps. We become the Owner's Project Team with an Integrated Project Management Team approach.

Basic Engineering

The establishment of the basic technical concepts, criteria and standards for a project, the plant type and size, the process and equipment to be used, allowances for future additions or expansions, and the degree of mechanization and automation to be used in the plant.

Value Engineering

Value engineering is the review of new or existing process or infrastructure during the design phase to reduce costs and increase functionality to improve the value of the project.
