The Kerr-Addison and Geminid Properties lie primarily in McGarry Township, northeastern Ontario, along the Cadillac-Larder-Lake deformation zone, a major gold-bearing corridor within the Abitibi greenstone belt. Kerr-Addison is an Archean orogenic gold deposit hosted in basalts, sedimentary rocks, syenitic intrusions and talc–chlorite schists, with both quartz-vein style and disseminated Au–Ag–(W) mineralization. In 2025, Gold Candle mandated GMS to first complete a gap analysis of the resource estimate prepared by InnovExplo. Based on this work, GMS led a Mineral Resource Estimation Improvement (MREI) program aimed at making the resource estimate more robust, better documented and aligned with industry best practices. Following this MREI, GMS has been mandated to carry out a formal Mineral Resource Estimation (MRE) and technical report relying on this improved resource base.
