Alemão

The Alemão Project is located in the Carajás National Forest (FLONACA), in the municipality of Parauapebas, south of the state of Pará. The Alemão Project represents the copper and gold mineralized body underneath the exhausted Igarapé Bahia mine. It is an underground copper-gold deposit, which is planned to be mined using Sublevel Stoping. The concentration plant is proposed to process 5.45 million tonnes of ore annually. G Mining Services has been mandated to manage and coordinate all aspects of a Feasibility Study Update. This includes integrated project management, planning, procurement strategy, cost control and quality assurance.
